Mentoring Fundamentals has been designed for mentors of Early Career Teachers. In this booklet mentors are able to reflect on themselves as mentors and understand more about this important role.

The booklet has been created as a practical guide for mentors to also consider the essential elements of mentoring with structures and templates for effective conversations and guidance for difficult conversations. The booklet provides scope for the mentor to consider how to grow as mentor whilst also supporting their mentee to develop and succeed.
