Transform Trust and Teaching School Alliance was founded in 2012 on the core belief that education had the power to transform the lives of the children in our schools.

In order to achieve this, we knew we had to invest in the adults in our schools, from Headteachers through to support and administration teams and of course our teachers to ensure they could be at their very best to create inspiring learning environments for the children.

Deliberate Approach

From the start we worked to create an innovative, research-driven programme of CPD, Leadership Development and Teaching & Learning Support devised and delivered by outstanding practitioners from Education as well as from business to bring depth and breadth to the offer.

In addition to investing heavily in the relationships across our partnership of schools that created a trusting and reciprocal environment, we were very deliberate in the way we worked in terms of identifying need, building programmes, delivery and measurement of impact.

Beyond Superficial Learning

Our emphasis on going beyond superficial learning, our belief in the impact of a professional learning community and our focus on personal growth, has resulted in a very specific approach that brings out the best of participants on our programmes.

Transform Applied is the culmination of this work, we have defined, tested, refined and re-tested our approach across these core disciplines: Leadership, Classroom Practice, and CPD that has informed the transfer of theory into embedded practice.

Sustainable Learning

Transform Applied directly targets activities that enable participants to repeatedly apply their learning, analyse and review their behaviours and create sustainable practice and processes to ensure long-term change.

We have done the thinking around the pedagogies for the grown-ups in our schools and created a robust and highly replicable, but personalised approach to devising and delivering development programmes that specifically meets the needs of each school and brings out the best in participants.
