Development Applied is Transform Applied’s training for coaches and for colleagues who lead staff learning.
Our aim is simple: to grow the people who grow others.
We help staff build the habits, skills and confidence needed to lead professional learning through high‑quality conversations, structured practice and values‑led facilitation.
What we do.
We develop the capability of those who guide, support and develop others.
This includes colleagues who coach, those who lead CPD, and those who hold responsibility for improving practice in teams and classrooms.
We do this through:
• Programmes for coaches and facilitators – including Intro to Coaching and Advanced Coaching
• Bespoke support for schools, leadership teams and specific development priorities
• Practical tools that strengthen dialogue, sharpen thinking and focus improvement
• Collaborative learning communities where people come together to learn, practise and reflect (Development Applied Network)
Everything is designed to transfer straight into day‑to‑day leadership and classroom practice.
