The aims of the ECT 2 programme are:
To equip ECTs
Create confident educators
Create a proactive network of peers
Deliver highly-personalised provision
ECTs will also have the opportunity to engage in an end of year conference.
From September 2021, Early Career Teachers accessing the ECF is a legal entitlement. Transform is working collaboratively with Flying High Teaching School Hub to deliver the ECF.
