About the event
The Coaching Network is new for 2023-24 and aims to provide a regular opportunity for colleagues across schools in our three main geographical locations to connect, build relationships and offer structured support.
As part of this network, colleagues will partner up to problem solve, find solutions, think out loud and ultimately make the most of the enormous expertise and experience of staff members across the whole of Transform Trust.
We encourage those who are alumni of our coaching courses (or have completed other relevant CPD) to attend to further extend their experience of coaching beyond their schools.
We also warmly invite those who would like to benefit from the support of others in any area of their professional work.
The sessions will have a clear structure but will be more informal than our regular programmes.
We are committed to creating spaces which encourage effective dialogue, growing confidence and collective efficacy.
All are very warmly welcomed.
