About the event
Advanced Coaching builds on prior knowledge from other coaching programmes and the expectation is that all delegates have a basic grasp of the coaching skills and process.
The aim is to develop the coaching mindset and build the confidence to transfer coaching skills into a variety of contexts.
Delegates will deepen their understanding of themselves as coaches and will build a more extensive toolbox of coaching techniques i.e. different models for dialogue including group coaching and action learning sets.
The sessions will provide lots of opportunities to reflect, practice, benefit from feedback and receive coaching from peers.
As with other coaching programmes, this is open to all roles in school.
