Rebecca is an experienced Head and CEO with over 15 years' experience of providing the vision and leadership required to ensure high quality outstanding education for all children. She is an ambitious and imaginative leader constantly striving for improvement with success for the whole school community.

Rebecca is the founding CEO of Transform (both Multi Academy Trust & Teaching School Alliance). Previously Rebecca was Executive Headteacher of Sneinton C of E, Bulwell St Mary's C of E and South Wilford Endowed Primaries. Rebecca arrived at Sneinton in 2002 when the school was in Special Measures and took it on an improvement journey to Outstanding. She took Bulwell on a similar improvement trajectory.

Rebecca has overseen the growth of Transform, welcoming nearly twenty schools from Nottingham and Derby to the Transform family since 2013.

She has cultivated a supportive and caring culture that places the needs of the children at the heart of everything we do. Individual school identity is highly valued and seen as a strength, as each school has a unique place in its community.

Rebecca has a proven track record of successfully leading and managing money, resources and people to improve education services, thereby providing children and teachers with the best resources; physical, emotional and educational to achieve their full potential.

Rebecca is a National Leader of Education with extensive experience of improving under-performing schools. Rebecca undertook the National College Fellowship in 2012/3 with a focus on development of curriculum policy. Rebecca was awarded the CBE in 2019 in recognition of her services to Education.
