We believe that the professional learning and development process that underpins the Leadership Applied programme is the magic ingredient that ensures leadership development in schools is sustainable beyond the life of the development programme itself, the personalities involved in the delivery and the subject knowledge explored.

We have found that when we dedicate our tested Transform CPD approach to a common language and consistent practice of some simple and shared leadership ideas, some immediate and tangible benefits are gained across schools. We have taken the time to analyse and define the ways that we can practice and really apply the ideas to the leadership of schools, leadership of all staff and of children.

 

 

 

 

Live It

We have developed this programme as part of a detailed leadership study over the last 2 years. We ‘Applied’ the principles of Steve Radcliffe’s pioneering Future Engage Deliver model for leadership. We have taken the time to analyse and define the ways that we can practice and really apply the ideas to the leadership of schools, leadership of all staff and of children.

 

 

 

 

Legacy

All of this work has been underpinned by evaluation to understand the impact made, individually for staff and Headteachers and across whole schools; impact that has surprised and excited us, so much so that we wanted to extend the availability of our fully tested model beyond our own partnership.
