School Operations Managers bring vital expertise that keeps our schools running smoothly and successfully.  This network is here to connect, celebrate, and strengthen that work.​

​We’re bringing together colleagues from across our Trust to connect, share expertise, and grow together. Over the year, we will offer targeted input from Transform’s central teams—Finance, HR, Estates and more—alongside structured time to solve problems, share experiences, and support each other.​

​This isn’t just training. It’s a space for honest conversation, professional development, and strengthening the relationships that keep our schools running effectively and efficiently.​

​The format and content will flex based on your feedback and the evolving needs of the group—ensuring every session is useful, relevant, and energising.​

What? We're Better Together: A network for Site Teams across Transform Schools​

The site staff network enables members of site management teams to connect and engage with peers from other Transform schools. The sessions include opportunity to:​

• ​Discuss what’s going well and collaboratively problem solve ​

• Engage with CPD and training opportunities​

• Hear from industry specialists​

• Feedback to colleagues and the Trust​

• Work with the Trust to develop policy and procedure specific to site management
