About the event
New Heads Together (invite only)
The format of this programme has been designed alongside those new to headship.
Each session is based in a different school setting and starts with a tour during which the group responds to a question or provocation provided by the host Head.
This is followed by time to discuss and unpick any operational or strategic challenges faced by the group..
The intention of this network is to provide regular mutual support/challenge, perspective and problem solving. This group aims to top up emotional and intellectual energy.
