About the event
This network aims to connect our senior leaders from school and Trust Centre and consider all aspects of leadership. The focus will be to do 3 things: Communicate key elements of knowledge and process; build stronger Relationships within and between attendees and speakers; develop Confidence to act and make change happen in the leadership space.
Modules will explore how we lead Culture, Learning, Systems & Processes, Governance & Safeguarding and People to create Inclusive spaces. The structure will be consistent across each module with lead learners, dialogue, leadership thinking, and chance to inform practice across the Trust. We will deliberately use a variety of CPD methodologies to model practice that can be applied back in school by senior leaders.
We encourage all schools & teams in the Trust to send participants making this an inclusive network.
