About the event
The FED Knowledge 5 module programme allows individuals or teams to explore the Future-Engage-Deliver* model and learning in greater detail with their facilitator.
Having this common language allows the development of the leadership behaviours, identity, and confidence of all staff and brings benefits of quicker, more efficient communications and a greater sense of connection and understanding between staff. The 5 modules in this programme explore Being at our best; Future; Engage and Deliver in detail as well as an additional module focused on developing leadership habits and putting learning into practice. This programme is open to all and suited to staff who are new to the organisation; new to the FED language or those who would benefit from a refresh of the tools and practical applications.
